We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Starting a return

E-mail gmexsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Photos help a great deal, especially for damaged or incorrect items. We will reply within 24 to 48 hours on working days with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us — parcels returned without instructions cannot be tracked to your order.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept items that have been washed, installed, assembled, or damaged after delivery.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on personal-care items that have been opened or used. Items marked as final sale, and items damaged through normal wear or misuse, are also excluded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and you will not be asked to cover return postage.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will let you know the outcome by e-mail. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that the order may already be with our supply partner and we may not be able to stop it, though we will always try.
