Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on all orders of $100 USD or more, everywhere we ship. For orders under $100 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout: $8.00 USD standard within the United States, and $9.95 USD standard for international destinations. An express option is available within the United States at $15.00 USD.

Delivery estimates

Cocon Home is an online-only retailer and orders are shipped directly from our supply partners. That keeps prices down but means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. Typical delivery windows after dispatch are:

• United States: 7 to 15 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: 10 to 20 business days
• Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Latin America, South Africa: 12 to 25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, and peak seasons can extend them.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and to approximately forty additional countries, including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Chile, and South Africa. If your country is not offered at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can follow it on our Track Order page or on the carrier’s own site. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Split deliveries

If you order several items they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. You are not charged extra for this.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Cocon Home has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, e-mail us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us at gmexsofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund where a parcel is confirmed lost.
