Cocon Home is an online-only retailer trading at coconhome.store. We do not operate a public storefront. All customer contact is handled by e-mail at gmexsofficial@gmail.com and through our contact form.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photographs are illustrative; colours may render differently between screens, and dimensions may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. Where a product listing contains an error, we reserve the right to correct it.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity — and will refund you in full if we do.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify’s secure payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

7. Delivery

Delivery times quoted on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for full detail on rates, timings, and customs charges.

8. Returns and refunds

Our return terms are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Customer reviews

Where product reviews are displayed on this site, they are submitted by customers. We do not publish fabricated reviews. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its normal operation.

11. Intellectual property

The Cocon Home name, site design, and original site content are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your personal data is handled in line with our privacy notice and your privacy choices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
