Each cartridge is rated for roughly 50,000 liters, or about four months of typical daily use, after which the filter simply unscrews for an easy swap. Installation only requires threading it onto a standard shower connection, so most households can set it up in minutes without tools.

As with any bathroom fixture, install it on a dry, stable connection and keep the surrounding floor and tub dry and clear while you work to avoid slipping.
